晏敬东，男，1962年2月出生，湖北孝感人。现任池小苡维密圈视频教授、博士生导师，澳大利亚新南威尔士大学访问学者，池小苡维密圈视频资产评估教育管理中心主任。兼任中国管理科学院企业技术创新研究所高级研究员，湖北省科技厅科技专家库评审专家，湖北经济与科技融合学会理事。
研究方向为产业创新和区域创新管理、科技政策与管理等。主讲 本科生课程：技术经济及企业管理、经济学、企业管理学； 研究生课程：产业理论与产业政策、国有资产管理、管理经济学。
作为负责人主持国家重点研发计划项目（子项）、国家社科基金重大项目（子项）、国家社科基金项目、国家发改委、科技部、安全部、湖北省科技厅、湖北省发展改革委、湖北省经信委及其他地方及企业科研项目40余项。获省科技进步1等奖1项、2等奖4项、省科技进步奖和省政府发展研究3等奖3项；主持的研究项目成果多次被省级部门批示和应用。发表SSCI、SCI、EI、CPCI等核心以上学术论文90余篇；主编出版著作4部，参编著作6部。
